Monitor the Middle East legislative / regulatory environment with the objective of providing clients with sophisticated information and options on dealing with developments. My work experience as ASSISTANT DIRECTOR | CORPORATE SERVICES includes clients such as: University of Salford (Manchester), Transpo Group (US), Bilkey LIinas (US), DMG Events (UAE, UK), Michelin AIM FZE, Arthur D. Little, Promontory Financial Group, Visa International, HKR Architecture Engineering, KL Consulting and many local entities.

Earlier position includes; SENIOR MANAGER | CORPORATE SERVICES during which I led a team of 35 Business and Management Consultants. My role was to train and manage the consulting team on advising clients for their corporate and legal needs of structuring and re-structuring of legal entities, compliance with Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Department of Economic Development, Free Zone Authorities and Ministry of Economy regulations of United Arab Emirates.

On direct client’s facing my role includes; advising clients on all Legal forms of Business setups in UAE i.e. LLC, Free Zone, Offshore Holdings, Branch Offices, FZE, and FZC. Advising clients on UAE labor / Immigration laws, employment related issues and assisting them to obtain work permits, resident permits and permanent residence from Ministry of Labor & Immigration departments. Prepare feasibility studies, business plans and help companies to incorporate in the UAE by assisting them to get license from the relevant regulatory authorities.

Earlier position includes MANAGEMENT CONSULTING for STARTUP COMPANIES. The role includes responsibilities of planning, supervising and coordinating the visa process activities and to ensure the accuracy of all paperwork submitted for visa processing, including attestation of documents, Ministry of Labor approval, Medical test, Emirates ID & Visa stamp. To ensure awareness of periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes requirements and their resulting impact on business needs. To update clients of any proposed new rules and regulations imposed by Ministry of Labor and Immigration departments. Inform clients of business services offered, and suggest alternatives to ease the process. To manage PROs, including scheduling their workload, and to ensure they deliver an excellent level of service with speed and accuracy. My responsibilities also includes; coordination and arrangements of Local Emirati Sponsors. Develop performance management and improvement systems.
